Course Overview

Law Enforcement 1 & 2

Do you dream of working as a police officer, detective, prosecutor, defense attorney, or a victim advocate? In this course, students will learn about these professions through hands on, industry related experiences. Topics covered include arrest control, defensive tactics, criminal law, statutes, police procedures, 911 simulator, and real world scenarios. Students may have the opportunity to have authentic experiences with local police departments.

Law Enforcement 3 & 4

This program is designed to provide advanced level coursework in law enforcement. Topics covered include courtroom testimony, crisis intervention techniques, advanced interview and interrogation skills, the use of an interactive training simulator, advanced defensive tactics and arrest control, and traffic accident reconstruction. Students may have the opportunity to earn an industry recognized Dispatch/911 Certification.
